The design of the drawbar is V-shaped and made of a closed galvanized steel profile, which ensures reliable operation of the trailer. Also, the design of the drawbar allows you to protect the wiring harness from external damage.

The drawbar is equipped with a handle to facilitate the movement of the trailer without a tractor and the installation of the trailer on the hitch.

Reinforced, galvanized welded metal frame. A zinc-coated steel deck is attached to the frame. The deck structure enhances the rigidity of the frame frame.

The low operating height of the platform ensures safe transportation of equipment.

Spring suspension with reactive tie rods and hydraulic shock absorbers maintains a stable smooth ride with different trailer loads.

The hubs are equipped with protective caps, the bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout their entire service life.

The undercarriage of the trailer is attached to a special power subframe, which takes on the main shock loads while driving and increases the reliability of the structure.

Our trailer has three autonomous braking systems: working, parking and spare.

Service brake system - inertial type, with all-wheel drive. Brake mechanisms of all wheels drum or disk.

The parking brake system is a mechanical drive to the brake mechanisms of all wheels.

Spare brake system - a safety cable acting on the drive of the parking brake system.

The wiring harness is made of molded automotive cable with sealed AMP connectors and sealed bayonet connectors.

Anti-corrosion coating by hot dip galvanizing is much more effective than zinc spraying or paint. It creates a reliable protection against corrosion, both external surfaces and internal cavities of the structure, significantly extending the life of the trailer.

The basic package includes:

• hitch;
• supporting wheel (500 kg.). The wheel is adjustable in height, ensures the horizontal position of the trailer and facilitates its movement without a tractor plug (1 pc.);
• wheel chocks (2 pcs.);
• spare wheel holder.

Development of additional options according to the technical specifications of the Customer.

Service life - 5 years from the date of manufacture. Warranty period - 12 months from the date of sale. All models are certified. A complete set of documents for registration with the traffic police is provided.
