Brief description of the work

Autonomous liquid heater hydronic is designed for preheating the engine coolant in the cold season. The installed heater is connected to the fuel, cooling systems of the car (special equipment) and to the power supply of the wagon network. The engine heater is started remotely by means of the control device or by the time set on the timer. When starting, the heater pump supplies fuel to the combustion chamber, where a fuel-air mixture is formed, ignited by means of an incandescent pin. The resulting thermal energy through the heat exchanger heats the coolant, which passes through the small circuit of the engine due to the operation of the liquid pump of the heater. When the coolant is heated to 85 degrees, the heater goes into low power mode. After working out the specified time (30-40 minutes) or, having received a command from the control device, the heater turns off. Your engine is warmed up and ready for use!

Hydronic can be used together with a running engine while driving. In this case, the heater preheats the engine coolant to operating temperature.
